How to use Listaza

Listaza requires a free account to generate listings. Sign-up is fast — just an email address, no password needed.

To sign up or sign in:

1. Tap Sign In in the top right corner (or tap Start Listing Free — you'll be prompted to sign in).
2. Enter your email address. A one-time login code will be sent to your inbox.
3. Enter the code to instantly access your account.

Once signed in, your name and plan details appear at the top of the page. Your listings are automatically saved and accessible from your Profile.

Generating a listing takes about 10–15 seconds. Here's the full flow:

1. Tap "Start Listing Free" from the homepage.
2. Capture or upload a photo. Use your device camera for the best results — good lighting and a clean background help the AI identify your item more accurately. You can also upload an existing photo from your camera roll.
3. Fill in item details (optional). You can add a title, condition, category, or any extra context. The more detail you provide, the better the listing.
4. Tap "Generate Listing." Listaza sends your photo and details to the AI, which analyzes the item and generates platform-specific listings alongside a pricing estimate.

After generation, you'll see a results view with:

• Pricing estimate — A low, average, and high price range based on comparable active eBay listings for similar items.
• Platform listings — Separate listings optimized for each marketplace (eBay, Facebook Marketplace, etc.), with a tailored title and description.

Each listing has a Copy button. Tap it to copy the title and description to your clipboard, then paste directly into eBay, Facebook Marketplace, or any other platform.

Signed-in users have their listings automatically saved. You can view and revisit all past listings from your Profile page.

Listings are tailored to the format and style of each platform:

Batch Mode is available on Pro and Premium plans. It lets you queue up to 25 items at once and generate all their listings in a single run — perfect for estate sale hauls, thrift store finds, or any time you need to process a lot of items quickly.

To use Batch Mode:

1. Tap Batch Mode from the homepage (visible when signed in on a Pro or Premium plan).
2. Add items to your queue by capturing or uploading photos one at a time.
3. Tap Generate All to process the entire queue.
4. Review and copy each listing from the results view.

Visit your Profile page to:

• View your current plan and monthly usage
• Browse and revisit saved listings
• Upgrade to Pro or Premium
• Manage your subscription (cancel, change plan)
• Update your name

To upgrade your plan, tap Upgrade Plan on the Profile page or from the pricing section on the homepage.

To cancel or manage your subscription, tap Manage Subscription on the Profile page. This opens the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel, update payment info, or view invoices.

• Use good lighting. Natural light or a well-lit room helps the AI identify item details, brand markings, and condition accurately.
• Use a clean background. A plain surface (white table, floor, or fabric) prevents the AI from being distracted by surroundings.
• Photograph the whole item. Capture the full item in frame, including any notable features, labels, or defects.
• Add a category. If you know the category (e.g., "vintage electronics" or "women's clothing"), typing it in the item details field helps the AI generate more accurate titles.
• Note the condition. Mentioning "used - good condition" or "new with tags" helps the AI tailor the listing language.
• Review the price range. The AI price is a guide based on recent sold data. Your item's specific condition, rarity, and local demand may justify a higher or lower price.
