How does Listaza work?

Take or upload a photo of your item, fill in a few optional details (like condition or category), and tap Generate. Listaza's AI analyzes the photo, looks up recent sold prices, and writes an optimized title and description for each marketplace in seconds.

Is Listaza free to use?

Yes! Creating an account is free and only requires your email — no credit card needed. The free plan includes 5 AI-generated listings per month. Pro and Premium plans unlock unlimited listings, additional marketplaces, batch mode, and more.

Which marketplaces does Listaza support?

eBay and Facebook Marketplace are available on the free plan. Etsy, Poshmark, and Mercari listings are included on Pro and Premium plans.

How accurate is the AI pricing?

Pricing is based on comparable active eBay listings for similar items, giving you a low, average, and high range. It's a strong starting point, but we recommend reviewing the range and adjusting based on your item's specific condition and local market.

Can I use Listaza on my phone?

Absolutely. Listaza is a Progressive Web App (PWA) that works on any device with a browser. On mobile, you can use your camera directly to capture items — no app store download needed.

What is Batch Mode?

Batch Mode lets you queue up to 25 items at once and generate all their listings in a single run. It's available on Pro and Premium plans and is perfect for processing large hauls or estate sale finds quickly.

How do I save or copy my listings?

Each generated listing has a copy button so you can paste directly into eBay, Facebook Marketplace, or any other platform. Signed-in users also have their listings automatically saved to their account and viewable from the Profile page.

Can I edit a generated listing?

Yes. Copy the listing text to your clipboard and edit it before posting. Listings are generated as a starting point — you know your item best, so feel free to refine the title, description, or price.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Listaza uses Supabase for authentication and encrypted data storage. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I upgrade my plan?

Sign in, then visit your Profile page and tap "Upgrade Plan." You can also upgrade directly from the pricing section on the homepage or from the upgrade prompt when you reach your free tier limit.
